My wife and I applied 2 weeks ago and each got our approval in less than 24 hours. I would definitely try calling and seeing if you can figure out what is going on.

I did. They told me that some people can be processed in days and some could take months, with many global entry apps taking 14 months, and they have nothing to do with each other, its just luck of the draw.

They wouldn't say anything else

They said if others got it in days they are lucky, but otherwise sit back and wait, good luck

Going on 4 months still no conditional. From what I have read, if you are not lucky to get approved in the first 24 hours (only a very small percent are), then the average time is 13 months).

To mess with me about this, my wife applied on Sunday night and was approved by 5 am Monday morning

She does already have PreCheck via TWIC, so I think that is why.

I don’t know where you are located but I did my interview in Gulfport instead of MSY as I could get an appointment within a week (MSY calendar showed no openings for a long time). Was super easy, was in and out in about 15 min.

Same route we took (Gulfport) and it was super simple.

If you are not auto approved in the first 24 hours or so the average time for manual approval is 13 months. Guess which stack I am in. There is a team if just a couple of people in Vermont that is tasked with doing every single manual approval.

My wife already had precheck so she got conditional approval in less than 6 hours and did her interview within 5 days

It is what it is. There's nothing I can do. It could be approved tomorrow or in another 10 months
