WAY too much worry in this thread. Have been here for two weeks. Not that bad. A hassle for sure compared to years past but do you want to travel here or not?
Have a negative PCR Test, passport and US Vaccine Card to get here. Most places I’ve been to don’t even ask for anything. Occasionally your vaccine card. US card is fine. Virtually impossible to get the EU Digital Card. Our tour company called in favors basically for us to get one. See comments in the other thread. Daughter’s friend just got back from Paris and had minimal access issues. This assumes one is vaxxed. Much harder if not.

We are planning for London and Paris during Spring Break (rescheduled from 2020) and my daughter is doing study abroad in Milan in the spring.

I can only speak for France, but don’t go if you’re not vaccinated.

My wife and I just did 8 days in Italy a few weeks ago. Aside from the annoying requirements (vaccine cards, masks, pre-trip and pre-return tests), we had a great time.

My ancestors came from Europe. Why the hell do I want to go back there?
