All Inclusive Caribbean Resort Recommendations

Wife and I planning a trip for October and looking for all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Bungalow over the water would be cool. Don't really want to fly all the way to Fiji for bungalow.

A few of the Sandals now have bungalows but you will pay a hefty price for them as well as 1 or 2 resorts in Mexico have them. I cant remember the name but there is 1 or 2 smaller overwater bungalow resorts on islands in off Belize that are more affordable.
