Customers holding reservations to, from, or through the cities listed above on the corresponding dates who want to alter their travel plans may rebook or travel standby (within 14 days of their original date of travel between the original city pairs and in accordance with our accommodation procedures) without paying additional charges.

Additionally, if your flight is canceled or significantly delayed by Southwest and you choose to cancel your trip as a result, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused ticket (even if your ticket was non-refundable) and any Optional Travel Charges (such as EarlyBird or Upgraded Boarding) you paid for the flight(s) on which you don’t travel.
