Additionally, if your flight is canceled or significantly delayed by Southwest and you choose to cancel your trip as a result, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused ticket (even if your ticket was non-refundable) and any Optional Travel Charges (such as EarlyBird or Upgraded Boarding) you paid for the flight(s) on which you don’t travel. . Looking unlikely at this point, thankfully this is generally a light travel week between new years and MLK weekend

AA is struggling this morning at DFW. Very long taxi lines to de-ice and I haven't seen planes move towards the departure runway for a while. Now there is a ground stop for DFW specific to AA. Avoid Dallas today if you're on AA!
