i think the OP would be better off with a switch he can trigger remotely (turn the floodlights on as you're driving up to the house or turn them on remotely if you have someone coming over to watch your house and you're not home, etc) than a simple timer (which is what the Honeywell is).
don't get me wrong, i'm a huge honeywell fan, but if you're going to install a smart switch..install a SMART switch that does more than a 7 day schedule.

I have been slowly installing lutron dimmer switches in my house and they are probably more of what you are looking for. They work with Alexa and Apple Home kit, not sure about google. With home kit you can set a schedule or use geofencing which will allow them to come on when you arrive at your house. Assuming you have an iPhone, not sure how or if they work with android. They are more pricey, but you can find deals on eBay.
