Do you have YouTubeTV? As in the streaming service, not YouTube Premium which is a paid version of regular YouTube.

YouTube Premium isn't YouTubeTV. If you have YouTubeTV (a live TV subscription service), the Arky game will be on SEC Network and will show up in the guide. When games are on SECN+, you will need to go to the ESPN app on your smart TV, Roku, or whatever streaming device you use; sign in with your YTTV credentials; then, you should be able to find the games.

Ok, I think I understand now, but we're getting out of my comfort zone. 
You should sign up for a trial of something like YTTV, Fubo, or Hulu Live (not the same as Hulu) and use a U.S. based VPN since you are in Spain. If you don't have an actual streaming device or smart tv, you will have to watch on your phone or computer.
Others here should be able to help out with more specifics if you have issues with the VPN stuff.

Really great trip, actually. Awesome combination of art, food, music, architecture, history, and landscape, from mountains to beaches. Underrated by Americans, for some reason. I'm a major francophile, but I think most Americans would prefer Spain to France.
