WTF is a Lian Li Strimer cable?

I ordered some photographic equipment from a vendor I have used for many years. Instead of the items I ordered, I received a Lian Li Strimer Cable. Obviously the vendor made an error and I will contact them on Monday, but in the meantime, I'm wondering wtf this is used for?

It's just an LED 24pin extension cable
