You need to hook up a laptop with a Ethernet cable to your router to help determine if it's the wifi, router, or ISP equipment.

Hopefully not in the same conduit that your electrical is run in. You will get interference from the electrical field of the wires

Assuming the coax is insulated to the correct voltage level, as long as the shield is grounded properly power shouldn't cause signal issues on the coax.

OP already said there are 2 conduits, 1 for electrical, 1 for data/signals.

Great. My comment was to the person assuming power and coax in the same conduit would cause signal issues.
