Wireless carplay adapter

I have been looking to get a wireless carplay adapter. I searched through and found someone recommended the LessWire CarPlay Wireless Adapter but this was the only one that was mentioned, that I could find at least.
Has anyone else used one of these adapters and can provide feedback?

Are you able to stream to the car entertainment system? Let’s do my passenger wanted to watch espn, could I stream from my phone?
