Will a Chromebook run Adobe CC?

I want a cyber Monday deal for a laptop to just run Adobe Creative Cloud.
I am looking at this but I am computer tech illiterate.

For Adobe CC, get something that runs Windows, or a Mac.

By Adobe CC I assumed he meant the normal desktop apps. I forgot Adobe has mobile apps too.
OP, if you only want the mobile apps (the apps that are available for phones/tablets), then the Chromebook will work.
If you want the real full Adobe CC suite, you need Windows/Mac.
