Is it ok to keep on when on a cruise or overseas ? Will there be any extra extreme charges ?

Wifi calling is wifi calling. It gives zero fricks about whether you're in your living room or in Timbuktu. Make sure you turn off your data, connect to wifi, and have a ball. I've taken hours-long calls while traveling both in Europe and Asia and have never paid an extra penny.
