Why is my keyboard being quirky on my iPhone?

Anytime i go to type the “I” my autocorrect wants to change it to the below... how do I? change this? <<<< see!!!

It was a quirk in the iOS. There’s an update out now to fix it. Just update your iOS to the newest version and you’ll be good to go.

The update fixed mine as well
I do still find that the iOS11 autocorrect updates are massively flawed.
I will correctly type something and hit send only to see that iOS completely changed the words
