Why do I always have to connect my wifi to my iPhone in the house?

My wife’s iPhone is always connected to our WiFi but my iPhone always disconnects. How do I fix this problem?

Under Settings->WiFi
Select your network and make sure “Auto-Join” is selected.

I already did that when I got the phone a few months ago but I still have to connect it again. Do I have to call apple if it’s the phone?

Is it connecting to something else. Perhaps prefer the network over others so it joins yours first.

Sometimes it gets disabled. Go back into settings and re-enable auto-join
