My retention rate with my clients is well over 90%; when a client gets with me, they usually stay with me. That’s why I am successful; I take good care of my clients. And as I stated, nothing that I do on a word processor involves my clients’ PHI.
I use the word processor to type letters and create documents. Your comments about credit card payments are 100% false, just doesn’t happen. I don’t even process payment methods or even collect premiums. Your mind is just meandering all over the place wondering about me. Go to the FB and find out!

Your facebook business page is weak. With all those "loyal customers" you have 2 likes and no reviews. You might be a good salesman but your digital/internet skills are non-existent.

Asking for a pirated version of software in the same thread you post all your business info is also... not intelligent? But whatever. I'm moving on. Maybe take a class on technology or something.
