Where do you turn off your location history on an Iphone 6....

can't seem to find out where in settings....not that it matters.

You can turn off the tracking in the settings. As for turning off the history you need to be more specific about what you're looking for. There are articles about how to delete locations from Google and Apple Map apps, LINK
And there are articles about managing the frequently visited locations so "15 Minutes to drive to the Pink Pony" doesn't pop up on your phone whenever you turn on the car. LINK
But once you give up your location data to companies and apps it's hard for you to control. Even if you clear the data from these apps someone probably has a copy somewhere if you are asking for legal reasons.
