I have floor plans for a commercial building. What program can I use that I can upload the plans to spit out some accurate renderings?

A few good options, but a quick reality check first: AI tools that ingest a floor plan and "spit out" renderings are interpretive — they're great for client-facing visualization, not construction-grade accuracy. The AI is a creative tool for rapid visualization, not a precision CAD tool — perfect for aesthetic and conceptual exploration, not for construction-level measurements. (Ideal House) If you need true accuracy, you still want SketchUp/Revit + Enscape or Lumion.
For fast AI rendering from an uploaded plan:
Rendair AI — explicitly markets to commercial projects, accepts AutoCAD, Revit, PDF, or image, generates interior and exterior renders from any angle
Homestyler (from Autodesk) — supports 2D floor plan uploads in DWG, PDF, JPG for instant 3D model generation, AI-powered, built for residential and commercial (Homestyler)
Planner 5D — accepts DWG/DXF/PDF/images, recognizes the plan automatically and converts to an editable 3D scene
Ideal House AI Plan Visualizer — generative AI, skips the modeling step, multiple style outputs
For commercial work where the rendering accompanies real drawings, I'd start with Rendair or Homestyler since they handle DWG natively. Upload a clean version of the plan with room labels cropped out — AI models struggle with text and might try to turn room labels into strange furniture shapes
