Says video is null and cannot be played. Any advice on how to fix this?

Yeah gotta echo the poster above me... their app is an absolute embarrassment. It's either freezing, buffering, or picture quality dropping to 1990s standards. It's definitely not my internet or devices, because no other streaming app gives me these issues. I watch NFL games on the NFL app all the time with no issue.

But in it's defense the CBS Sports app on the Xbox might be worse. There's not actually any live games to stream on it even though that is its supposed purpose.

ESPiN has gone totally down the tubes. Their ESPN3 stream is no longer watchable either, especially if you open more than one instance of it. They are making it real easy to cut the cable.

I had a problem with the app once and just uninstalled / reinstalled it and haven't had a problem since. Used it most of the afternoon yesterday

It works fine on my fire tv, iffy on my fire stick and great on my xbox one and PS4, except during the NBA finals. Their servers were just overloaded.

When it quits on Roku, I uninstall/reinstall the channel.

On Apple TV, I log out and the log back in.

PITA, but that usually does the trick.

I've found that the more popular the game, the more buffering I get. I can watch Troy games no problem, even on weeknight games when they're the only game on. But try to stream a primetime SEC game on Saturday night and it buffers some. Happened a few times watching the Bama game this weekend. The play where Hurts scrambled for a TD, my screen froze up for a few seconds as protection was breaking down. Usually when it comes back, it picks up where it left off. But this time they were lining up for the PAT. And later with the FG that hit the upright. Lined up for the kick, freezes, and comes back after the kick. It is annoying, but not like I'm paying for it.
