We had 2 of our Vizo tv that would not load yesterday after they tried to update.
I’ve gone thru all the steps they won’t take updates and I’ve performed factory reset.

Both TV’s are about 18 months old.
Anyone had this issue ??
TIA

No, but I had an older Sony I was going to give away after a factory reset. The reset put it into a death loop of trying to start and then crashing. In reading about it, many suggested unplugging for a significant time. It didn’t help me, but it might help you. Worth a shot.

I ended up tossing the Sony in a dumpster at a nearby apartment complex.

Check the Vizio tv Reddit. They’ve had lots of issues like this over the last few years and usually they get resolved.

I’ve got a Vizio OLED that(knocks on wood) has been pretty great but I think I took it off network and only use it to play Apple TV content.
