Was having issues with them opening every once in a while and they were loud. Got really annoying. Also wanted something that had an app I could use to close *and open.*

Called a local guy here in BR and had him install Chamberlains with the built in MyQ.

Couldn’t be happier. Worth every penny.
Quiet, MyQ app works flawlessly and they open and close very smooth.

Just a friendly PSA.

Of note: I had tried the MyQ before all this and followed the instructions to a tee, even had an internet source in garage with no luck.

FYI if you don’t have any problems with your motor and just want to add “smart access”, you don’t have to change out the motor.

You just have to change out your wall button and add a hub to your router. They sell them as a package. The link below is the one I had a while back, but they have some newer stuff out there. This one is a bit out dated but work flawlessly.
