TV making chirping noise

New TV is making chirping noise every so often....sounds as if a cricket is living inside of it. Any idea what that could be?

power supply board. had this on a tv before. if its new new like where you can return it, then do so. if not, make a warranty claim

TV has a built-in Chromecast. Doesn't make the sound when streaming Netflix. Only makes it when watching through the DirecTV box.
