Trouble with sending pix to desktop pc with iphone

My brother all of sudden can't send pix to comp for his business. everyone in the family CAN send to said comp. triple checked email addie and most settings. losing hair what he has left. lead the way techies. thanks

Try a different email provider from his PC.

Email providers can sometimes blacklist an address or a domain - so no emails are accepted from that email sender.
Can he send a regular email (text)?
Check his email he sends from to see if it is blacklisted.

Better solution would be to use Google drive or Dropbox anyways
