AT&T installed fiber here over a year ago. I stopped using my Cox email altogether, because they gave up trying to combat spam a long time ago. (Supposedly they recently re-upped their efforts, but doesn't matter, I'm gone.) I recently cut the cord and now subscribe only to Internet. There's nothing holding me to Cox anymore, and AT&T will replace them at 100 Mbps for $50/mo last I checked, compared to their new $84/mo. Just might have to do it.

ATT is in my backyard today running fiber through the servitude back there. We should have fiber available soon. I’m hoping that will decrease prices all around. If not, then bye bye Cox.

I'd be doing it to save money. I have zero complaints about Cox Internet service at the 100 Mbps I need.
