Any suggestions for new tech that fits within a $750 budget? I'm certainly interested in devices such as smart home, laptop, tablet, drones, etc...

Not looking for sound system, cellphone, TV, or smart watches

I'd say smart home stuff. Harmony hub, hub for everything (wink, smart things), some switches for the lights and Alexa or Google home. Then some smart door locks and thermostat.

Are you active or do anything exciting outside? If so, go pro is awesome for capturing your adventures.

Smart home is great investment. Wink hub, schlage locks, Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat, door monitors and maybe even a camera.

Seems a bit random to just suddenly decide you want to spend $750 on "tech" with little idea what you want.

Wait until you see something really compelling.

Take $750 to your local casino. Bet all of it on red or black. Then, you'll either have $0 or $1500. If you Lose, you're in the same boat as if you buy something. If you win, you can spend $1250 on better tech with $250 leftover to spend on the wife or a little blow.

Spend $250 on this: Womanizer

Then spend $500 on a safe that only YOU can open to keep it in. Otherwise, your SO will never leave it alone.

Yikes. Don't click on that at work as I just found out the hard way. I thought that was gonna be a different kind of joke.
