Got a bad knee and can't run anymore. So I swim three days a week. It's so boring. I need something to pass the time.

I use H2O audio. Hey have a new model for iTunes. I have a converting program to get Spotify into MP3. They also have bone conduction phones. I had a mold made. My unit is 4 years old. Love it. Good service.

Find a masters group. It's a coached workout for any level and you'll have people in your lane at your speed. You wont be bored.

if you go that route be sure to get the short cord for the ear phones. the long one gets in the way. have no idea how well the bone conduction type works, though.
