Is hot garbage. They got bought out by Altice Mobile and outsourced all their customer service to third world dumps and also cut local resources. I hate this company. Anyone else deal with them?

I have them and they are the goat around here.
Zero outages in so long I can't remember. Constant speeds without interruptions or slow downs and no data cap.
Years back when I got them we had an overloaded node in my area so peak hours the internet was crawling. I contacted them via Twitter and they DM'd me and had a crew out to split the node within days. Zero issues in the years since. I was very impressed.

My speeds are nowhere near their claims but I have to admit it’s reliable. Customer service sucks, baaaaaad. What costed me $32.50 when I moved into my house in 2012 now costs $72.50.
