Straight talk sucks

Talking to straight talk customer service is like trying to explain something to a toddler. I've been on the phone for two hours today on an issue that is in it's second week and I've had enough.

On my second month and so far no complaints.

I've been trying to port my wife's number from her honor 5x to the nexus 6p and apparently it's much too difficult for the straight talk crew to handle. I finally admitted defeat and threw my hands up today. I'll either keep the 6p as backup or sell it on swappa.

Been with them for 3 years, no problems.

I am not with straight talk but I hope you didn't choose them for customer service

Use their facebook page for customer service.

Had a minor issue with them early on and I don't envy anyone that has to deal with them. Other than that, I'm happy with my service.

Other than the nationwide outage a few months ago, Cricket has been excelent for my wife.

Move her to Cricket. I've had great service with them and they have physical stores (check in your area but there are a couple in BR) that you can go to if you have issues.

You don't tell them what kind of phone you have. Just tell them it's a Samsung Galaxy S5. Trying g to get them to enter an exotic phone is futile. It doesn't matter which phone you have.

These types of cell services are a good deal as long as you don't have an issue that requires customer service. Then they are hell.

from a customer service perspective, cant get any better than protect fi, which I believe you just switched from.
