Spotify issues!!!

Anyone else had issues with Spotify just intermittently stopping on it's own?
You pull it up and the screen shows it still playing but it's not.

I did when I had some Plantronics bluetooth earbuds. I got rid of those and I've had no problems since. When it would stop you just had to hit the play button again. Sometimes it would switch to another song right in the middle of one playing. I was also using a Samsung Galaxy S4 at the time. I switched to a One+ 6 and then switched to some over ear headphones. So who knows what really was the problem? Anyway, no problems since losing the earbuds and the Samsung, but Spotify has had some updates during the same time period.
ETA: Another thing I have learned with Spotify. If you're not a Premium user, do not click on the "Watch this Ad" and get the 30 minutes of uninterrupted music. That was one that would trigger the auto stop (even though it showed it was still playing) and I'd have to shut the program down and restart it. Annoying as hell!
Little issues like this is why I have never paid for Premium.
