So Spectrum TV has 2 versions of a streaming service.

one of which allows you to pick 10 channels for $24.99.

An example of the 10 channels that I added were:

1. ESPN
2. Fox News
3. FS1
4. Halmark
5. HGTV
6. NFL Network
7. History Channel
8. ESPN 2
9. TNT
10. TBS

Cloud service is an additional $4.99/month making it $30.

A pretty cool lineup.

Other channels to choose from include:

AE
Animal Planet
Bravo
CMT
CNBC
CNN
Comedy Central
Disney
NIckelodean
E
Food Network
FX
Lifetime Channel
National Geo
SyFy
USA
Travel Channel
& More

You do have to have internet through Spectrum though.

What if it’s not available in your area? That package is legit.

Have had package A for two years now (with Charter/Spectrum internet, of course). I watch football, Fox News, NASCAR and Food TV. Totally satisfied, but then-again as I live directly under the Red Mountain towers of the Birmingham TV signals, I can use a paper-clip for my OTA antenna.

How is that better than Sling, where you get over 50 channels for $5 more?

It’s a step in the right direction. Channel selection is the way togo.

Did I say it was better? Also, it does combine the best channels of Sling Orange & Blue which is $50/month. But less channels overall like you are stating. Also sling is missing Hallmark.

I'll say it.

Picking the channels you want is way better than having 50+ channels of mostly garbage I won't watch.

Was looking into this myself. I heard you can't change the channels once selected like ever. Any insight?

Thanks for posting this. I used Spectrum for internet and currently have Hulu.

Spectrum has the right idea and I will certainly check their options in the future. Hope they will expand and add sec network.

Just one month ago I canceled my AT&T subscription and made the switch to Spectrum where they bought out my ATT contract. I had been using AT&T TV Now for three years and switched to Spectrum’s streaming TV service.

Their app was a total piece of shite and the product is the worst in a crowded market of like products. The interface for one sucks. They charge extra for DVR. And the kicker is that all network channels, ESPN, and cable news MUST be watched while connected to your home Spectrum wifi. It won’t work if on your cell phone or away from home. As someone who travels a lot for work and play this was a total deal breaker. Shitty product. Switched to YouTube TV and very happy for $50.
