Well AT&T sucks so I’d recommend Spectrum.
Spectrum caught hell after Ida, so possibly not much better. I’d live with either one if they ran fiber/high speed internet to me though.

My ATT&T fiber has been awesome. Not one bit of downtime even after Ida.

Don't know anything about Spectrum, but I have been relatively pleased with my ATT cable and internet. I switched from Cox many years ago and I'm very glad I did.

Spectrum was okay in Slidell (better than Uverse).
But ATT Fiber is excellent on the Westbank, never went dark even during and following Ida.
