FWIW, my wife has it at the apartment in Queens, NY. The only problem she had was about a month after the installation the wifi crapped out (she has cable and internet). She called tech support, they sent someone out with a new router and it's been smooth sailing ever since.
No idea if their north shore service is good though.

Their northshore service has been very good. I had an issue with my personal router, although I thought the issue was with the cable. They came out with their test gear, isolated the problem, and told me to get a new router. The whole issue started when they were upgrading me to 200 Mbps. I've had no complaints with Spectrum, and I'm getting ready to drop Uverse and get the Spectrum cable TV. Screw AT&T, they have gone totally to shite.
