My Play:1 fell off the shelf and now won't connect to the network. Anyone know of any places that do Sonos repair?

Check with the vendor. Maybe they’ll go half way with repairs.

Play1 hasn’t been made in quite a while IIRC no vendor is going to touch that much less split repair for something that fell or is that old. Play 1 was released 11 years ago.

Use the trade in/upgrade program to get a new one. It's 15% off, and a Sonos One SL is currently $159. I can almost certainly guarantee you, there is is no way you are getting your Play:1 repaired for under $140.

Yeah, I had just about come to the same conclusion. Of course I went to buy one today and they are out of stock.

Open it up and take a look. Maybe something came unplugged internally from the fall. Maybe a simple fix. And fyi- the 15% upgrade lets you still keep and use your old speaker.
