I have an outdoor kitchen that has no power, and the cost to run power out there is more than I want to spend. Looking for a panel setup that can run
one outlet. Anyone got any suggestions?
TIA.

Standalone panels are going to need a power storage system (batteries), as well as the associated hardware (inverter, etc) to produce a/c. If you plan to power anything more than a light bulb (an LED one), I think the cost will far exceed that of just running wire out there.

So how much are you trying to power? If it's not much, you might be able to get away with something like this for $1,140, plus add some money for batteries and installation. Or there might be smaller and cheaper systems, I haven't really looked into it much.

But first you would have to know your requirements so that you can size the batteries, inverter, and panels.

How much was the quote to run wire?

The panels, batteries, inverter, monitor is going to be a hell of a lot more than just running conduit. The solar will have a lot more maintenance costs too.
