Smart video doorbell with smart deadbolt lock

Does anyone make this in one device or are they purposefully keeping them separate components to make more money? Recs needed... FYI, have a Nest Smart Thermostat and love it!!!

My guess is the battery limitations are why they haven’t combined them

Thanks, I’ll look into this... my thoughts are that whenever someone “gets it right” in development of an all in one device, . They’ll corner the market...

Just make sure it’s not one of the products Google is about to break the Works with Nest compatibility next month. I believe the Works with Nest August lock is one of the ones that’s about to be broken.
That’s why try to avoid having any of my smart doodads depend on manufactures playing nice in the cloud. Best to have these systems work together locally.
