Based on my research thus far IKEA’s FYRTUR is my leader in terms of cost and quality (and of course spousal acceptance), but any advice/recommendations would be appreciated. TIA!

My only experience is Hunter Douglas.
They are $$$$$ but damn they are nice.

I recently installed a dozen of the Yoolax battery operated shades I found on Amazon. Awesome product.
They offer custom sizing, a dozen fabric options, and are Alexa enabled right out of the box. One of their $20 remotes will control up to 15 sets of blinds and offer a "group" channel as well allowing you to lower or raise all shades at once. They should run 9-12 mos on a single charge and are re-charged with the provided mini usb cable and wall wart in 8 hours. My windows were all roughly 3' x 6' and price per shade was ~$210 shipped and arrived in 10 days.

I like most of this guy's projects and reviews/suggestions. He's a bit off the mark on security cameras (and I'm not the only one who thinks so), but for most things he details them out pretty well.

I bought a Serena shade by Lutron. Really impressed with it but it was $$$$$. Part of the expense was it was a 4x4 window so a bit of an unusual size.
