Secret to jumping streaming channels?

Just curious if anyone has hints as to the best way to jump from one channel to the other on a Roku device? For example, my cable is having issues now so I'm watching game on FoxSports app. But also want to turn it to ABC to check a game. Is it just a pain or is there some trick that makes it easier/faster?

Switching apps is a pain. If you can't find a streaming service that has all the channels you want then you just have to deal with it for the time being.
Sometimes I'll set up a spare TV/roku and watch both.
Tablet also works.

Thanks for the response. Luckily this time the outage is fixed and I'm back in business for cable.
