Thoughts on one of these as a bedroom TV? Looking at the 43”. Is there something else you would recommend in the $500 range?
50” would be the max but I think I’d like to stick with a 43”.

Would be a fine tv but you could get a 50" TCL for the same price. See the comparison LINK

Have the 2019 version on the Q70 QLED. The backlight is having issues 1 month after my extended warranty ran out. Thats all I got.

At that price point go with TCL or Hisense or Vizio. That Samsung model is edge lit and the bottom rung. Or, spend a little more money and get a Sony and not have to worry about buying a new one next year.
