AT&T royally screwed me. Been without Internet/Tv for 6 weeks now, and the tech no showed on the installation for a 2nd time. And only after they cancel my install after I've been waiting around all day do they tell me the workers are on strike

I'm in Thibodaux, and I've heard RTC is good option. Anyone have any experience with them?

I know the feeling.

Typical AT&T, they don't give a frick about anyone.

I've never heard of RTC, but those letters are different than "AT&T" so I would give them a shot.

I will communicate via smoke signals before I give AT&T another dime.

I'd go with RTC. They merged with Eatel. If they have eatels service you won't regret it.

RTC bought EATEL but it's different service. RTC is a coax plant, similar to Cox. I've only really ever heard good things but that's just fyi.
