Review and gave them self a 5 star review under my friends name. She’s a little freaked out by it. WTF are people thinking?
Friend dropped off her phone this afternoon to have the screen replaced. They wanted her passcode with some bs excuse that they needed it to make sure everything work properly. She goes back to pick it up, no issues they did a good job, etc. Gets home and opens her browser and the phone repaid place left a 5 star review stating that “great customer service, placed screen in 5 minutes”.

Wow! That would piss me off. I'd immediately change it to 1* and explain why.
That's dirty as hell.

Never give anyone your passcode, especially when they're replacing physical components. They can verify functionality on a screen without needing to unlock the phone. At worst, they can have you unlock it when you come to pick it up to do a functional check.
Don't do it, anyone. They could have sent emails from her account to her boss, seen all the pictures on her phone, read all her emails. GTFO.
Your friend wasn't thinking. The repair shop was dumb, but if you own the data (her), one has to be cautious with it. She probably has virtual cards installed in a wallet in Google Pay or whatever, Venmo, etc., and she just rolled over when asked for the passcode.

Not only did they post under her name, but then thanked her for the post. Please be aware of phone wiz on government street.

This place sounds shady as shite. An employee of mine once got her screen replaced at a mall kiosk and they installed spyware that messed up her maps and redirected her phone calls to their scam line to steal her info. Your friend would be lucky if the review is all they did.
