I want to replace the battery in an electric razor that is soldered in, located in Metairie, any suggestions? I've called around a few places, haven't had any luck.

If you don't have a friend to do it for free, it will probably be much cheaper to go to the hardware store and buy a soldering iron, some solder, and maybe a wire stripper. Watch a video on Youtube to learn how to do it. You can have it done this afternoon at a cost of less than $40 worth of tools, and then you will already have the tools and knowledge to make similar repairs in the future.
