Hi...
I have a HP laptop with WINS11. Possible/How to...
1) I have 2 monitors hooked up, I'm wanting to change the wallpaper on individual screens, so they are each different.
2) Lock the dang tool bar down so that the icons stay where I want them. I'm a creature of habit and drives me nuts having to search for where they ended up.

The individual wallpaper is determined by the graphics card. You should be able to right-click the desktop and click personalize. Then pick slideshow (choose the appropriate directory below that) and choose "Fill" as the fit. That should rotate pictures on each screen. If you don't want them to rotate, just put two pictures in that directory.
