Just a quick question about cutting the cord and still streaming sports. The scenario is that I'm about to cut my cable out and go with the highest internet option from ATT. I'm wanting to watch games on Pac12 network when the season starts. I notice that now I can watch their content through the PAC12 Now app or whatever they call it.

I'm wondering if I can still watch that content with just the internet option because I'm still going to be signing in with my internet password? Or am I SOL if I just have the internet service and no cable package.

Thanks in advance.

If I understand the question correctly, no, not just with your internet password.

So I basically have your setup with the highest ATT Uverse internet speed, however, in order to watch ESPN or FS1 or SEC Network, I got Playstation Vue.
You'll need a "provider" in order to login or stream these channels. You can't just login using your ATT Uverse Internet password and info. Gotta have a 3rd party account through something like PS Vue or SlingTV, etc.

Probably SOL unless you know someone with cable that can give you their login info. You can watch Pac12 network on Kodi but it will not be HD. Or you can subscribe to Vue or Sling (see the thread about these). You won't get Pac12 network but will be able to get the ESPN's including ESPN3 on Watch Espn app. Depending on what package you subscribe to on Sling or Vue, you can also get FS1 and other Fox channels. Sling and Vue are monthly subscriptions in the $25 to $45 range and you can cancel whenever you want.

Thanks fellas. Yeah I'm most concerned with Pac12 Network. Might just have to bar it for those games. Think I'm just gonna go with the highest speed internet then roll with Vue. Thanks for the advice
