Query about AI and pictures

Is there an AI program that will clarify old pictures better than a “sharpen” tool that most progs have? The photo I am looking to clarify is sort of fuzzy and may be a photograph of a photograph.
ETA the online tools seem pretty limited. The AI assist in the different programs are limited unless you shell out $$$$

It's not cheap, but the AI in Photoshop is pretty amazing. I don't know if it would do what you are wanting/needing, but the things I have seen it do are impressive.
