Cox 150Mbps download/ 10 Mbps upload $59.99 no service agreement
Anyone not paying this rate for that service needs to call Cox tomorrow and threaten to cancel. I've had it for two years and just got it renewed for another two years without a contract.

What do you say and to who? The lowly customer service rep who answered first? I am not going to leave so bluffing is kinda hard. What do you say?

Call and select talk to representative and for reason you're calling press downgrade/cancel services. I just told them that my bill had gone up $25 the past few months and asked if there was anything they could do and they knocked it down to 59.99 a month for two years.
I don't know what other providers you have in your area but I had gone to AT&T's website and saw a special they had for internet and TV that was lower than my current price and was gonna use that as a negotiating tactic but didn't need it.
