Try Emby. I liked it better and it fully integrated my IPTV.

Trying it now, but can't get it to recognize my media folders. When adding a library folder it will only let me go 2-levels deep in the directory structure when I need to go 3. I've set permissions for folder access. It's always something with this Synology...

EDIT: Found alternate instructions which got me through it... Had to use 'system internal' users and not just normal users.

There's your problem. Never used one but seems like they all have issues.

I just built my own server.

I have had zero issues with movies on multiple Synology devices, following the Plex naming convention LINK

I run into occasional issues with TV episodes, but Hulu and other scrobble sites also think there have been 32 seasons of Hot Ones, so I can't blame that on Plex.

Each movie goes in it's own folder. Each movie is named "Movie_Title (year).mkv" No issues, all MKV.

I mean, that isn't the plex naming structure. Why would you expect it to work?
