Try Emby. I liked it better and it fully integrated my IPTV.

EDIT: Found alternate instructions which got me through it... Had to use 'system internal' users and not just normal users.

I have had zero issues with movies on multiple Synology devices, following the Plex naming convention LINK
I run into occasional issues with TV episodes, but Hulu and other scrobble sites also think there have been 32 seasons of Hot Ones, so I can't blame that on Plex.
Each movie goes in it's own folder. Each movie is named "Movie_Title (year).mkv" No issues, all MKV.

I mean, that isn't the plex naming structure. Why would you expect it to work?
