I recently upgraded my ISP to ATT Fiber and am using Google WiFi mesh
My Plex Server is not available outside my nextwork for viewing my library
Can someone walk me through the port forwarding and the doible-NAT issues i need to resolve
Thanks

turn your google wifi to AP mode and you should be good.

Is your google wifi behind the att modem?
I had the same problem with my Amplifi and CenturyLink fiber. Turns out the modem and Amplifi were fighting for IP address? (could be completely wrong but thats what I remember without looking it up)
Anyways I realized that the Amplifi has the PPPoe feature. I called up CenturyLink for the username and password, disconnected their modem, plugged the ethernet straight into the Amplifi, switched to pppoe and entered the info.
Bam. Plex worked, no more modem needed, and $10/mo equipment rental charge gone.
If this is your case too, there are plenty of websites that will walk you through the setup.
Goodluck!

Had the same problem, but I followed the steps on the web (the top google search results when you search this issue). It wouldn't work for me until I realized that the Google Mesh WiFi appears to use two MAC addresses -- one for wired and one for wifi. I kept using the wifi address and it wouldn't work. Once I switched to wired, it's worked seamlessly for 6 months.
EDIT: changed from IP address to MAC address

It goes fiber to att box then into my google WiFi then into my 10 port switch

Same setup for me, roughly. The right MAC address for the Google WiFi was the fix.

How do I do this? Do I need to forward a port to the computer running plex?

If your setup worked before moving to ATT Fiber (and you had Google Mesh), you shouldn't need to do anything extra. My issue was more that I had the Double NAT problem, which screwed up my entire network every 10 min or so. The fix I'm suggesting fixed the network, Plex followed. I've not made any other changes to my setup and I can remotely access Plex.
