The screen on my phone has gone to total shite to the point where it has lost all functionality. I use T-Mobile's $40/month unlimited talk/text and just refilled the phone yesterday. My question is whether I can go to Walmart, buy a new T-Mobile phone, and move the plan/number I currently have to that phone without having to buy a new month of service.

TIA

Asking your question on the OT?

Sweet links, but I can't use my phone to call T-mobile customer service and the firewall on my work computer won't let me access their website. And the tech board is not helpful.

Google is also blocked on my computer FWIW

If you can somehow get "Randy" who understands very little English to understand your request, their customer support can do that for you.
