Outlook Printing Issue: Mass printing email AND any attachments

So I work in Government and some shitbag conspiracy theorist did a public records request.
He wants, and will get "any email correspondence between Director X and staff, including Former Director Y(left in 2013) regarding XXX(monitoring system) from 2011 to present"
So IT will be mining old emails from former staff, and I have the task of compiling all this garbage. I grabbed over 600 emails from one director and will have to read every fricking one to redact (in yellow) any personal information, then have an attorney confirm that what I want to redact is redact-able, and then black redact the shite, scan it, and give it to the shitbag.
No biggie, but when I got the files and went to print....freaking outlook won't print attachments.
1. Yes I'm sending it to the default printer
2. Yes I have marked the "print attachments" button.
3. Yes I have gotten it to print An** Attachment.
**single .pdf attachment printed: email had 4 .pdfs attached, only 1 printed. And other formatted attachments wont print at all.
I have Outlook 2013 and AdobePro
Is there an open attachment, print attachment, close attachment macro that I have to write?...this seems as though it would be a normal routine, printing email and attachments....but apparently it's more difficult than I thought it would be.
*** I've tried****
1. emails are copied from host's outlook onto a public folder in the network drive
2. I access the the folder and bring the folder contents to my desktop to try to compile them into a binder with AdobePro...but pro won't recognize the emails and only gives me an error message.
PS: dude thinks we are spying on him, and can't seem to understand that the monitoring system is like a black box, it just records and is accessed when an event occurs...it's not streaming data...he thinks he'll find something about accessing the data remotely in the emails.

Has no one had to print both emails and attachments in bulk?

He's a shitbag because he's exercising his right of civilian oversight of the federal government. Got it. How's the Third Reich?

I've never actually printed a .pdf without opening it first. That said, I've run into some strange issues with printing pdf's on one of my servers where the pdf won't print at all and I have to close Adobe, then delete and re-add the printer, then open back up the pdf and it will finally print properly.
Another of my users is a mac user and I ran into an issue with him that pdf files kept printing 2 sided even though all the printer settings were set to 1 sided. It has something to do with the way adobe put in their own print options that basically override the printer driver making is useless.
I know that doesn't help you at all, but just wanted to share that adobe and printing can be really troublesome sometimes...so good luck
