Has anyone ever used an Online Video Editor service? if so, who did you use and were you happy with their job?

Looked around on Fiverr?
And not to get too much into your business, but have you tried fiddling with any of the free editing programs? I have just started learning video editing myself and I find it kind of fun and not too difficult to do the basics. There are instructional videos on youtube to explain how to do everything you could want to do.
If just a one-off though I'd just find someone highly rated on fiverr that's in your budget.

Yes, but you are better off yourself. I use OPENSHOT. Super easy and free.

Also depends on how good your end products have to be.. Besides the mechanics of the software, there are aesthetics of telling a story, having it make sense, and not having novice editing 'bumps' make the viewer quit thinking about your intent and start noticing your editing. I've been doing this 30 years, and the FREE products on the internet are pretty powerful now. DaVinci Resolve is now my go-to, even though I own another high-priced program. Download one you like, push the buttons and make magic happen, but realize your first attempts won't be as polished as what's in your mind's eye.

You can get the "Elements" consumer grade versions of Adobe Photoshop and Premier (video editor) for $100 as a bundle. Everyone is always looking for free, but $50 each is a fantastic price for 2 very good programs that give you all of the basic features most people would need. And it's not a subscription, I have the 2012 version still in use on one of my computers. Here it is for $97 at Amazon LINK

I now have 5 editors working for me. All from the Philippines. They do great work for super cheap prices. online help
Right now I am paying $7 for YouTube Short video editing. About $75 for long form videos.
Fiver and Freelancer website folks are too expensive. Filipinos are super smart and easy to work with.
