It's everywhere. It's rare to see it used, but it is everywhere.

You going through the Apple store or your carrier? I'm going to try t-mobile's site first.

Honestly, I haven't put any thought into anything other than the Apple website directly. Is there any reason why that isn't a solid idea?

FYI, for AT&T customers, there is a promo going on from 09/12/2014 -09/30/2014. They're offering up to $300 to customers that trade in their iPhone and purchase a new smartphone or upgrade their existing device.
The value works:
`
iPhone 5S - $300
iPhone 5C - $200
iPhone 5 - $200
iPhone 4S - $200
iPhone 4 - $200
You just swap your old iPhone in and either get a promotions card where you can pay your bill with the card, apply it to a future purchase, or for an immediate upgrade purchase.
Say you're eligible for an upgrade and have an iPhone 5, you can go to the store the day of the release, swap out your iPhone 5 and get a $200 store credit from your in-store iPhone 6 or 6 Plus purchase.
If you got the iPhone 5S, call in to see if you're eligible for an "EARLY UPGRADE" which means you get the standard upgrade pricing, but pay $250 extra. Meaning, a regular iPhone 6 16GB for $199.9 would be for $449.99 with a new two year contract. If you are Early Upgrade eligible, you can go to a store the day of the release, get a $300 in-store credit towards an upgrade for the $449.99 amount, but if you factor in the $300 credit, it comes out to $149.99. Nice of my friend to give me info on how to beat the system that works with the company. Just thought I would share the info.
