I have both. They're basically identical, just depends whether or not you want a stylus. I prefer the boxier dimensions of the Note.

Much prefer note 8. Sides aren't as slopey. Extra ram is evident. Spen FTW.

Love my S8+, I think it comes down to your preference in design as the phones themselves are basically identical outside of some small design changes. I have no use for a stylus and prefer the more rounded edges compared to the Note.

Can y'all root the s8/note ? That was a big decision I had to make when choosing phones.

Rooting the note 8 is pretty easy
